If you are calling companies as a part of a campaign, you MAY find some information (like contact person) may not be updated because the online resource we used to verify the record is not updated.
- We don’t provide emails. By the CAN-SPAM laws, you aren’t supposed to e-mail people without their permission.
- We guarantee 90% (not 100%) accuracy. If more than 10% incorrect, we will make up for those records by providing more on the next list.
- We go through a very thorough quality check before we send the list – we will triple check the list is clean and as accurate as possible before it is sent to you.
- We typically have to pull over 250 records for every 100 we provide – during the cleaning process we lose over 50% of the records because we cannot fully validate the information.
