Our CEO

The ideas and passion that drives Desual Marketing starts with my personal story. My name is Renea Aquino, I am the CEO at Desual Marketing. When I first began working at the age of 14, I found myself intrigued and drawn to a variety of different career paths.

Curiously wanting to try my hand at everything that I possibly could, led me to several careers. However, throughout the course of my education and career many have considered this a character flaw or something that could work to my detriment. My interest seemed to be broad, not related, and pulled me in different directions. The truth to my career interest led me to entrepreneurship and my true story.

Each career path I choose helped teach me to set goals to achieve, opportunities to gain useful skills, and explore my personal interests. More importantly, I believed these broad interests would be something that would aid me immensely in my life and desire to give back to others. Rather than pinning myself down to just one thing, I set out to become proficient and successful in a handful of different careers, each one developing my skills and ability to contribute to my success with the next. I wanted to experience each career choice and immerse myself in the environment with the intent to serve and give back to others.

After putting my career on hold for five years to focus on family needs, I returned back to the workforce with excitement and a new take on life. Having time to reflect and understand what drives my career interests lead me to a clearer path into the future. At the heart of my decisions have been curiosity, learning, fun, and serving others, it’s what gives me my purpose. My extensive experience includes the Armed Forces, healthcare management, finance, Special Education, and Social Services. I may have not always seen the connection of these diverse career choices, but now more than ever, I appreciate how they have shaped me and how I’m able to help others well into the future.

You might be wondering how my story can help you create the business that you desire? Even how we at Desual Marketing will meet your business’s growing needs. I’ll sum it up with one word: passion. Much of my success has sprung from fanning a hobby or curiosity that allowed my skills to bloom from a place of intuitive passion rather than forced effort. It’s from this that I believe my success truly lies. I genuinely love the work that I do, continuing with it for years even as I held other positions. It was my side hobby to keep me interested and active in helping small businesses amplify their digital presence. By instinct, I have always found myself helping people wherever I go, whether in small or large ways, and this often presented itself in the form of pro bono work for small businesses. I loved witnessing the journey of aiding them into blossoming their successes. Eventually, this hobby began to blow up, meaning that I was taking on tasks I really should be charging for and so I did!

It was not long after that, I decided to support a startup tech company by investing in my own skills and experiences for what is now known as Desual Marketing. At the onset of Desual Marketing, I set realistic, but challenging goals that I wanted us to be able to reach. With great joy, we reached those goals! At that point Desual Marketing’s goal was to give back to the community by supporting small businesses. It was then that I reconnected and became reinvigorated by my passion, experiences, and training to help those that deserved a gentle push in the right direction when it came to managing and securing their own success.

Remember when it comes to business, no one size truly fits all, something I am thankful for and have graciously learned over the years. Every business is wonderfully unique and needs to be treated as such. Our company isn’t about convincing you to do anything our way or to buy into schemes or tools, it’s about listening to your needs and empowering growth for your business. Created a system to account for the results of website promotion through various channels – search engine optimization, social marketing, email marketing, and mobile marketing. Now reports is completely clear and measurable!
